About Raj

Before moving to Bengal Paradise, Raj owned Sonar Bangla and Joy Bangla in Cuffley for fourteen years. He has been in catering for more 20 years and is a qualified chef in his own right.

Raj travelled extensively across India and Bangladesh in search of delicious new receipes to add to the menu at Bengal Paradise.

Bengal Paradise was formerly the Villa Rosa.

Raj is supported by a well qualified team including his Head Chef Shah who has seven years experience at the top level.
